Techbuild’s Take

Workplace success can be measured in a variety of ways. Meeting productivity targets, making financial gains, and delivering projects on time are all indicators that a company is performing well.

Employees are critical to achieving these goals, and the significance of their mental health cannot be overlooked in the quest for success.

It is beneficial to a firm and its employees to ensure that they are mentally healthy at work and in all parts of their lives.

The human mind is among the most vital parts because it governs all of the body’s functions. Mental health is critical to a person’s entire well-being and health.

An individual who is physiologically, intellectually, and emotionally active is considered healthy. It should be noted that the amount of people who suffers from chronic anxiety and depression has risen dramatically in recent years, and not everyone can afford physical therapy.

People nowadays are looking for places where they can receive therapy while maintaining their anonymity. Mental well-being may now be accomplished in all aspects of life, thanks to platforms like 07 Therapy.

Nader Iskander, the co-founder of O7 Therapy, also remarked that investing in mental health benefits people in all aspects of their lives, including school, work, home, family, friends, and even physical health.

This enhances the effectiveness of entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporate, and government personnel, which has a favorable economic impact on countries.

Employee Wellness Programs for businesses are delivered through a distinctive B2B2E methodology that prioritizes the effect of mental health difficulties in the workplace, concentrating on increasing knowledge and awareness, establishing safe and supportive environments, and implementing mental wellbeing initiatives.
