This collaboration positions Talent 360 to strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia, support the Kingdom’s growing business community, and introduce advanced AI-powered HR tools that redefine talent and operations management.

Since it entered into the Saudi market in mid-2024, Talent 360 has gained traction, securing clients across various industries and building a reputation as a trusted business partner.

This new investment will support the company’s efforts to broaden its reach, enhance its suite of HR services, and create innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

The company’s Founder and CEO, Heba Ayad, emphasized the significance of the partnership with C.STAR as a reflection of the confidence in Talent 360’s mission.

She affirmed the company’s dedication to supporting Saudi businesses with tailored HR tools and solutions, with a vision to transform HR practices in the region.

Ahmed Darkawi, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, highlighted the strategic importance of Talent 360’s expansion into Saudi Arabia.

He pointed out that the investment from C.STAR provides the resources needed to develop AI-powered HR systems that enable businesses to scale effectively and achieve their goals.

This expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to contribute to the nation’s entrepreneurial aspirations.

Mohamed Said, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, noted that the move into Saudi Arabia is a strategic milestone for Talent 360.

He stressed the need for comprehensive HR solutions tailored to the region’s business growth. Said also underscored the company’s dual focus on advancing both human and technological potential, emphasizing that people remain central to organizational success and sustainable growth.

C.STAR’s CEO and Talent 360 Advisor, Hatem AlGhamdi, expressed his commitment to aligning Talent 360’s innovative HR offerings with the local market’s requirements.

He reaffirmed the shared goal of contributing to Saudi Arabia’s business ecosystem and the broader Vision 2030 goals through advanced, people-centered HR solutions.
