The initiative runs through a network of innovation hubs across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, providing founders with local support while connecting them to a broader national startup ecosystem.

Eligibility for Participation
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Location: Applicants must be based in Nigeria and startups from any of the 36 states or the Federal Capital Territory are eligible.
- Team Requirement: Applications must be submitted by a team of at least two members, including at least one full-time team member with technical capacity.
- Startup Stage: The programme is open to startups at the idea, prototype, or Minimum Viable Product stage.
Programme Commitment
Selected founders must be available to participate fully throughout the four-month incubation programme and actively engage in sessions, mentorship meetings, and programme activities.
