Selected from over 1044 African startups, Konnect joins this groundbreaking program run by Visa and Plug and Play to transform the financial ecosystem and enhance the fintech landscape in the region.

According to Visa’s CEO, the African market is dynamic and young, highlighted by the emergence of the first digital native generation.

Konnect’s selection for the Visa Accelerator program underscores its unique and innovative positioning in Tunisia’s financial ecosystem.

This Tunisian fintech, recognized for its fast, secure payment link and API service enabling individuals, SMEs and large corporations to receive payments from Tunisia or abroad, stood out from the fierce competition among more than 1,044 African startups. The startup is now ready to take full advantage of this innovative program to broaden its impact and transform the fintech landscape in the region.

What’s in it for Konnect?

The program offers an exceptional platform for Konnect, providing unique opportunities such as one-on-one mentoring, cutting-edge training resources and investment prospects.

These key elements of the Visa Accelerator program promise to amplify The Tunisian startup’s growth and strengthen its ability to innovate in the fintech sector.

This initiative not only represents a decisive step for the fintech to expand its presence, launch innovative new payment products and accelerate its expansion in North Africa, but also to extend its reach and impact in Africa and beyond.

“This acceptance into the Visa Accelerator Program is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and transformation in Tunisia’s fintech landscape. It marks a significant milestone for Konnect, and we are honored to be part of this innovative journey,” stated Amin Ben Abderrahmen, Founder and CEO of Konnect.
