It is always a good thing and also, counted as a blessing and grace from God, to start something and be alive to witness the end of it. It was moments of nostalgia sessions of praises and thanks to God, as the Senior Management staff of the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, held a series of valedictory sessions, who received encomiums from Executive and Senior Management staff of the Commission.

“The Commission will look forward to you for assistance, consultations and advice from time to time because, each of you has left impressive marks in your various departments”, stated in his opening remarks at the event.
Some other Executive and Senior Management staff also had good things to say about the retiring staff, wishing them the best in their future endeavours.

NCC Valedictory

The retiring Director Public Affairs, Nnamdi Nwokike, responded on behalf of his retiring colleagues. He expressed the happiness of the retiring staff, at having the opportunity to serve at the Commission. He further stated that, all the retiring staff, excitedly look forward to life after retirement. He expressed gratitude to all the staff of the Commission for their kind words and prayers for the retiring staff.

The series of Valedictory sessions was capped with a valedictory dinner event, held for the retiring staff in Abuja, on Friday, March 29, 2019.
