The EridanSeed SME Venture Scale 2026 is a structured growth programme designed for established Nigerian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that are ready to expand their operations.
Rather than offering a basic grant or short training, this initiative combines investment with hands-on partnership to help businesses build new growth engines and expand measurable revenue streams.
Benefits of Participation
- $25,000 in Growth Capital: Eligible businesses will receive this equity contribution to support strategic expansion.
- Co-Building Support: EridanSeed works directly with founders through planning and execution, helping identify growth opportunities such as new products, markets or business lines.
- Execution Frameworks and Expertise: The programme pairs operational guidance with leadership coaching, strategic insights and systems to strengthen business performance.
- Access to Strategic Networks: Participants connect with angel investors and ecosystem partners to explore future fundraising and partnership options.
How the Program Works
The initiative runs over 12 months with two main phases:
Venture Discovery (First 3 Months)
Founders work with the EridanSeed team to assess the business, refine models and map validated growth opportunities.
Venture Partnership (Following 9 Months)
Businesses that complete the discovery phase successfully receive investment and ongoing operational support as they implement growth strategies.
Criteria for Participation
To be eligible, your business should meet the following:
- Registered and operating in Nigeria.
- Revenue-generating with at least two years of operation.
- The founder or leadership team must be actively involved in daily business management.
- Demonstrated traction and readiness to pursue significant growth.
- Open to a hands-on partnership model rather than passive funding.
- The programme is open to SMEs across sectors, including agricultural systems, energy and mobility, real estate, healthcare and others with clear momentum toward expansion.
