Elevouth, Africa’s fast-rising workforce and innovation company, is set to host the maiden Graduation & Awards Ceremony of Elevouth Academy, the training arm of the organization.

The event celebrates learners who have completed practical, industry-driven digital and tech programs under the Academy’s 2025 training cycle.

This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to equipping talents and professionals with globally competitive skills, a mission the company continues to advance through education, talent development, innovation, and the integration of technology.

The week-long activities commenced with the Capstone Project Presentation Day on Friday, December 5, 2025, during which graduating students will showcase real-world projects developed across Digital Marketing, Product Design, and Project Management programs.

The final ceremony will take place on Friday, December 12th, featuring:

  • Student Awards & Recognition
  • Capstone Project Excellence Awards
  • Keynote Speech by Dr. Tony Bello, the Founder & Chairman, Shine Bridge Global.
  • Guest Address by Vida Amoh, a Career & Personal Branding Strategist.
  • Official Certification Presentation
  • Networking Sessions

“This graduation marks a powerful moment in our journey. We didn’t just teach skills, we built confidence, capability, and global career readiness. These graduates represent the future of Africa’s workforce, and Elevouth is proud to lead the charge,” said Toluwani Ogundele (TTO), Founder & CEO of Elevouth.

Since its inception, Elevouth Academy has trained learners across Africa, Canada, the UK, and beyond. Many graduates have already transitioned into new roles, freelance careers, and innovative tech projects, supported by the Elevouth community and ecosystem.

A Reinforcement of Elevouth’s Mission

The Graduation Ceremony reinforces the company’s commitment not only to advocating for workforce development but also to actively building it.

Elevouth Academy offers structured programs across:

  • Digital & Technology Skills (Project Management, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, Branding & Visual Design, etc.)
  • Creative & Craft Skills (Fashion Design, Printing & Branding, Crocheting & Beading)
  • Professional Masterclasses
  • Advanced Tech Programs such as IT Project Management
  • Career Readiness, Mentorship & Internship Pathways

Through hands-on projects and real industry exposure, the company prepares learners for a global labor market where competency, adaptability, and innovation remain essential.

Capstone Projects: A Benchmark for Practical Excellence

Graduating students have spent weeks developing end-to-end solutions covering:

  • User research and product prototypes
  • Marketing strategy campaigns
  • Administrative and operational systems
  • Real-world, client-focused project briefs

These capstone presentations will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts.

After the graduation, the following will roll out:

  • The 2026 Academy Cohort 2.0 Launch
  • New Creative & Craft Training Programs
  • Expansion of Elevouth Labs for product and technology innovation
  • Internship and job placement through ETR (Elevouth Talents & Recruitment)
  • Career Mentorship Programs & Bootcamps
  • Masterclasses and Advanced Learning Tracks.

“As we prepare for 2026, our mission remains clear: to empower thousands of talents and professionals with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities that transform their lives and drive economic growth, while helping companies and startups hire skilled, vetted talent and scale their innovative solutions,” Toluwani (TTO) added.
