Educatial, a Software as a Service ecosystem platform for the education sector, laser-focused on transitional learning hosted an Educational Stakeholder Roundtable, on Thursday, May 4, 2023, in Lagos.
Themed, The Reveal: The Educational Revolution and The Pathway, the event was graced by various stakeholders in education from the Lagos state ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, higher institutions, SUBEB, and other educational-related platforms.
Delivering the opening remark at the event, Francis Muofunanya, Founder of Educatial, recognized the importance of quality and affordable education at all levels: primary, post-primary and tertiary – in Nigeria, Africa and beyond, while stating that, Educatial will revolutionize and democratize e-learning, create great institutions, unlock the great potentials of Africa’s young population and create wealth among the people.
“As more learning happens online, education is overwhelmed and in need of a learning ecosystem that provides a unified solution to all aspects of learning.
Educatial was developed by indigenous systems engineers in response to this need. It is an exciting software-as-a-service ecosystem platform for the education sector focused on transforming learning for present and future generations.
Educatial provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ including hardware, software, infrastructure, hosting and support. Our focus is on teaching learners how to learn, training professionals in career-focused skills and equipping educators for success.
We believe that Educatial will engage the youths and help them acquire the relevant skills that will empower them to play on the global stage and hence curb excessive migration to other developed countries, otherwise known as ‘japa’ in search of better education and good paying jobs.”
Also speaking at the event, Dr. Adetola Salau, the Senior Special Assistant on Education to the Lagos State Governemnt highlighted the evolution of education from traditional to technology while also stating the significance of edtech in today’s society and how Educatial will fit in.
“The Digitalization of education is an opportunity for us to develop a space for our learning and it will also enable us to think of developing knowledge at all levels where education is available.”
Educatial enhances the learning and teaching experience for all individuals – students, professionals, etc. by creating an educational SaaS ecosystem to provide a one-stop-shop for all educational needs by linking educators, businesses, students, and schools into one community.
Its one-stop-shop includes hardware, software, infrastructure, hosting and support with a focus on teaching learners how to learn, training professionals in career-focused skills, and equipping educators for success.
The platform achieves this through its virtual reality campus that brings together educators, businesses, students and schools into one community.
Educatial has created a one SaaS platform with up to twenty solutions: EduSims, EduHub, EduForum, EduTV, EduRadio, Edufield, EduSocial, Hawfaa, EduChat, EduGame, Edu-GeoLocator, EduFund, EduMarketplace, Eduntlligence, EduSearch, EduTools, EduCloud, EduNews, EduScanner, Edupublisher and EduDrive.
