You may have noticed some of the new features we have added on techsmart.ng all in the bid to improve user experience and grow the community.
We’re however mindful of the fact that some of these updates may affect user experience, so this is a post to request for feedback if you come across any issues while on the blog.
How to Report Issues
If you experience any issues, then, simply hit the contact details button above and fill the form describing the issues clearly. Also, make sure you include your phone model and the browser you’re using, so that we can test things back end properly.
Like they say no one has the monopoly of knowledge and we don’t claim to either.
It is, however, important to point out that just because you have reported an issue does not mean we would remove that particular feature. The final decision will be ours, but we will do what is best for the community.
