Applications are now open for the Young Professionals Bootcamp (YPB) 2026, a residential leadership and enterprise programme designed for young Nigerians looking to build careers, grow ventures, and gain access to mentorship and funding opportunities.

The three-day bootcamp will bring together selected participants for intensive learning, collaboration, and exposure to industry leaders.

Benefits of Participation

Selected fellows will take part in a fully funded, in-residence experience, with accommodation, meals, and training materials covered for the duration of the programme:

  • Participants will receive hands-on training across leadership, entrepreneurship, and career development, with tailored sessions for corporate professionals, founders, and creatives.
  • The programme also offers direct access to experienced mentors across business, technology, and the creative industries, providing fellows with practical insights and guidance.
  • Networking remains a core part of the experience, with participants building connections that can support long-term career growth and collaboration.
  • A key highlight is access to a N150 million grant pool, where participants with existing ventures can pitch for seed funding and receive support to scale their ideas after the bootcamp.
  • Post-programme support continues through professional development opportunities, partnerships, and an active alumni network.

Eligibility for Participation

  • The bootcamp is open to Nigerian citizens who are final-year students or graduates.
  • Applicants must be between 20 and 35 years old by June 2026.
  • Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong interest in solving real-world problems and building meaningful careers or ventures.
How to Apply

Applications for the Young Professionals Bootcamp will close on May 24, 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be notified between June 5 and June 12, 2026, while the bootcamp is scheduled to take place from June 25 to June 28, 2026.
