AWS Startups is now accepting applications for its 2025 Generative AI Accelerator. This eight-week program, a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, is tailored for seed-stage AI ventures worldwide.
Selected startups will receive up to US$1 million in AWS credits, alongside technical mentorship, business guidance, and exposure through AWS events.

Eligibility for Participation
- Startups less than five years old
- Working on generative or agentic AI (e.g., fine‑tuning models, ML tools, infrastructure)
- Have a working MVP, customer traction, and are aiming for their next funding round
- Already using AWS, though not mandatory, will benefit most from technical support
Selection Criteria
Applications will be reviewed based on team strength, technical depth, market fit, and clarity around use of generative models, especially those working on the model stack itself (e.g., fine‑tuning, model monitoring, infrastructure).
