The greatest challenge many of us face today is the fact that we are becoming less productive despite the obvious advancement in technology. Could it be a case of distraction or information overload or lack of concentration or over reliance on technology? Have you heard of situations where spouses send sms or tweet at themselves right from the same home?

The biggest question of all is can Technology help us achieve a better work life balance? Well this week, I have the honour of hosting a fantastic guest who’ll deal decisively with this subject matter.

Tune in to the ICT Radio Show by 1.30 PM every Tuesday on 99.3 Nigeria Info FM as we look at the topic “Using Technology to achieve a better business and family life.”
