The Techno Phantom Z is a cool gadget that offers value for money. It is stylish and oozes class; a phone that has something for everyone.
The phone’s dimensions are: 144.5*71.9*7.9 mm which means that it is slightly larger than a Samsung S5. The screen is 5.2 inches with a pixel distribution of 1080 x 1920 pixels which is an equivalent of 424 pixels per inch and this offers clarity to the user and if you couple that to the fact that the screen has an in- plane switching capacity touchscreen, using the screen becomes a delight.
The phone comes in only two colors; black and white. This is a disadvantage to those that prefer other colors.
Performance
The phone is fitted with a 2.0GHz octa-core Cortex-A7 processor and MediaTek MT6592 chipset that will enable gamers to enjoy, however, it does pale in comparison to Samsung S4 in terms of processing capability. Techno Phantom Z runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and the graphics processing unit is Mali 450-Mp4. The Random Access Memory (RAM) is 2GB while the internal storage is 32GB. The major let down is that the phone does not have an expandable memory, and this means that the users have to be content with the internal memory provided.
Connectivity
For users who crave fast internet connection, it will be a disappointment for them to learn that the phone does not support 4G networks, but at least it supports 2G and 3G networks and it is also endowed with the ability to connect to wireless networks. The phone has Bluetooth capability and assisted GPS, but it lacks Near Field Communication capability. It has MicroUSB v 2.0. The phone offers a dual mini SIM capability for those users who prefer to subscribe to more than one network.

For selfie lovers, the 8 MP front cameras adequately compensates for that need. The phone is also able to simultaneously record videos while taking pictures.

The phone is powered by a Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 3030mAh and offers its users up to 24hrs of talk-time and 960 hours of standby.

For music lovers, the phone has an audio jack of 3.5mm from which earphone or home theaters can be connected. The phone can play MP4, MP3, WAV, FLAC, H.263, AC3 and eACC+ files. There is also a welcome addition for the radio lovers who can access the station they crave.
