The world of technology is brought to your living room every week on Tech Trends show on Channels Television. This week, the show reeled out some interesting local and foreign tech news on the News segment.
The News segment took off with news from the Social Media Week, Lagos, a five-day global event that showcases some of the biggest updates and upgrades in communication and technology.
Themed ‘The rise of a connected Africa’, the turnout at the events were overwhelming and tech enthusiasts came from all the corners of the globe. On the foreign scene, the news of how in Stockholm, office workers in the Epicenter Complex microchip implants are revolutionizing how office operations such as photocopying and opening doors are executed was reeled out. The foreign news then moved on to Australia where viewers had a glimpse of the first 3D printed jet engine.
On the gadget review segment this week, Android 5.0 Lollipop was given a head to head review against the Windows Phone 8.1. The features, performance, app store, customizations, User experience, and design were all analyzed in this eye-opening review.
