Q: My phone fell into water and I turned it on almost immediately, is my phone damaged?
A: You need to take that phone for repairs but here are some steps to take if you ever experience this again. First of all, here is the basic fact the longer the phone stays in water, the more likely it is to get damaged except of course it is water resistant. If you can rescue your phone fast enough then you simply remove the batteries and all other accessories such as Sim Card and Memory card immediately. Afterwards, I recommend you to place the phone in direct sunlight for a minimum of 24 hours, but I recommend 48hrs, if you can resist the temptation of turning on your phone. This may or may not save a phone in water but luckily it worked for me recently.
Q: I am a banker & use bold 5. Now, I have a problem with the phone and want to buy a new phone. Can u suggest a new phone for me?
A: Truth is there is no super brand out there because in my opinion they are all good but here’s what you need to be bothered about the most – your phone’s configuration and if you want to make a fashion statement with it then the design might also come tops for you. Based on what you would be using it for you should aim for a phone that offers at the minimum 1Gig of RAM especially if its an android operating system because of the apps.
