Martha Haile, Head of Operations at Hello Tractor, Michael Omimi, the CEO at Tegford, Oluwasun Akintibubo, the IT Head of Food-I-Like, and Ann Amhadu the coordinator at Enspire Hun joined were on this edition of Tech Trends on Channels Television to explore the opportunities for tech startups that Abuja presents.
While Lagos’ investment stomach may be overly stuffed with excellent opportunities and startups, the Tech Trends crew decided to visit Abuja to find out what this city has in store for tech enthusiasts. A number of startups were spoken to, in a bid to find out why they chose to put up business in Abuja. In their response, the entrepreneurs and startup officials shared the various benefits that Abuja has bestowed upon their business.
This conversation-stirring edition looked at the challenges facing startups in Abuja and offered solutions to some of these challenges. Martha also ventured neck-deep into the hot-button topic of girls in technology and how to inspire women to embrace tech-related careers.
