Irrespective of how you look at it, it takes a lot of guts to be an entrepreneur whether in Technology or any other industry. It is, therefore, important for startups to look out for resources and tools designed to help them succeed and there are loads of them out there.

I will go on to mention them briefly and if you are interested in any of them, then you have to visit their respective websites and remember, you can always watch Tech Trends on Channels Television and on this platform for more resources and tools.

Please, check out some of these resources and tools below:

1. Africa.co: is a platform to enhance the startup and innovation ecosystems across Africa. Search www.africa.com.

2. African Business Angel Network (ABAN): support the development of early stage investor networks across the continent and to get many more (early stage) investors excited about the opportunities in Africa.

3. MIT OpenCourseware – MIT OpenCourseWare (OCW) is a web-based publication of virtually all MIT course content. OCW is open and available to the world and is a permanent MIT activity.

4. Google Platform for Startups – $100,000 in credit and 24/7 support for eligible startups.

5. Startup Growth Calculator – Calculates how much funding your startup needs.

6. Slim Voice is a very simple way to create and send invoices to your clients.

7. Departure – Provides a checklist to make sure you have everything ready before you launch a new site!

8. Office 365 is a suite of cloud-based products and services from Microsoft that help people do their best work together as a team.

9. Trello is the free, flexible, and visual way to organize anything with anyone.

10. Toggl – Free time tracking software to improve workplace productivity.

Try to check on some of these in your quest to start your outfit and leave a comment on how any of them has been helpful.
