AWIEF Announces Pitch n Grow 2026

We are happy to have rewarded dozens of people since we first started the Tech Trends Giveaway. The team has learnt quite a lot, which has sort of led to the latest development you are now reading about. This is the transition from Randompicker.com to Rafflecopter.com.

Why we dropped Randompicker.com

Randompicker is a great tool for picking users randomly, especially, for one-off giveaways but not so cool for managing weekly giveaways.

Here are more reasons:

1. We discovered that those who wanted to participate on more than one platform were limited. This limited them to one option and there is no process of allowing them to put in more work that will increase their chances of winning.

2. We found out that a number of people tried cheating the process, one of the ways this was done is simply copying and changing other people’s answers.

3. The process has largely been manual. A member of the team has to collate the responses weekly and enter it into Randompicker.com before the draw is done manually.

4.  Finally, we were not getting enough feedback as we expected.

These are primarily the reasons we are moving to Rafflecopter.com

How to Use Rafflecopter

Rafflecopter is actually one of the most popular giveaway tools out there. I have known it for a long time and found it very reliable.

Using this tool is super easy, once you are happy to login with either your Facebook or other social media, then you won’t have any issues whatsoever using this tool.

The RF team put together some FAQs about entering for giveaways using their platform that you will find helpful indeed, check them out!
