On technological tools that can help one enhance his productivity, he mentioned tools that can be downloaded to manage your work and time such as Evernote, Pocket, Expensify, and RescueTime, etc, and the usefulness of these tools, to help in making life easier for our living and business transactions. He also talked other relevant details that will be of help in using technology to enhance productivity.
Before closing off on the program, some practical solutions to some tech issues from mails received were responded to. One was on the issue of an internet user who sent in a mail that his Email Account has been hacked. The response given to this was that the first thing you do when you suspect that your Email Account has been compromised is to change your password into a strong alpha-numeric combination. Also ensure that your security question and answer are intact. You should then avoid entering your Email on public computers where some systems may be installed with keylogger software which usually harvest users data.
Another wanted to know if he had to buy every new device. The answer to this is no, as most new devices are usually only slight upgrades; therefore, buy if you can afford it.
