Ilorin Innovation Hub (IIH) has opened applications for its maiden Accelerator Programme, offering ₦10 million in funding to support startups building the hardware, software, and infrastructure driving Africa’s digital and industrial economy.
Africa’s digital economy is projected to exceed $180 billion by 2025, yet the underlying value chains; energy, hardware, connectivity, talent, and community trust, remain underdeveloped.
The programme is designed to support founders solving these foundational challenges and building end-to-end value chains on the continent.
Eligibility for Participation
The IIH Accelerator targets founders building in:
- AI, IoT, ML, cybersecurity, energy, logistics, HR tech, community engagement, infrastructure SaaS
- AI + IoT infrastructure (monitoring, optimisation, connectivity)
- Hardware + software solutions deployable at scale
- Tools, batteries, devices, sensors
- Fintech models enabling hardware asset financing
- Workforce development platforms training technical talent
- Circular economy innovations using e-waste
- Africa-focused, globally relevant infrastructure solutions
