If you want to hear stories of enterprise failures, then ask any entrepreneur that you regard as successful, it is likely they have had more of it before one just turns things around for them. The point I am making is that people who succeed are those who fail, dust themselves and try again. Trust me, I am speaking from my bit of experience, it has been a crazy but pleasant ride leaving paid employment for entrepreneurship.

Tune in to the ICT Radio Show by 1.30 PM every Tuesday on 99.3 Nigeria Info FM

This week on the ICT Radio Show, we will be looking at “Growing your Tech Startup” and joining us is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully built 3 growing enterprises. He will shed more light on the subject and share experiences that will benefit other small business owners who wish to take their enterprises to the next level.

Trust me, I had a struggle on what topic he should come and discuss, I had earlier thought about “The Future of Africa’s e-commerce Industry” but I changed my mind because first getting him was a tall order but most importantly I want him to come around and impact the lives of thousands and millions of small business owners fascinated by his accomplishments.

Meet the Guest

Sim Shagaya is the Founder & CEO of Konga Online Shopping Limited, a leading online retailer and marketplace in Nigeria. He is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of DealDey Limited.

Sim also served as the Africa lead for the search and internet advertising leader Google Inc. He is a graduate of George Washington University,Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
