Today’s episode of the ICT Radio show will be somewhat different because we are going to be focusing on you the listener. We’d have in the studio Seyi Olaleye and possibly another ICT expert who will be glad to receive your phone calls and whatsapp messages with a goal to resolving any tech related issues or questions that you might have and we’d also be dealing with frequently asked social media questions as well.
Recently, I invited a group of Techies to join me and offer IT services at the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship Int’l annual business summit to members who may have had one or two tech related challenges, the techies were surprised at the number of people who came to complain about one thing or the other. At the end of the event, a number of them told me that they never expected that people will still have these sort of basic issues i.e. not having an email account or having password related issues or being locked out of their online accounts completely. One actually said;
“CFA thanks for inviting me because this has been a whole new experience for me. I never imagine that people have embraced technology this much”
