A community has various definitions, but a common attribute of all these definitions is that they share something in common, and this can be interest, practice, religion, or language among others.
African communities are such groups of people within the continent. They are usually characterized by culture, religion, geography, and/or language.
The African community is a unique one and hence an integral part of the continent.
These communities face different challenges at different levels, so for the continent to thrive at the pace we need it to.
There is a need to empower African communities to enable them to stay afloat and overcome their challenges.
Some of the challenges include lack of access to formal education, inaccessible financial systems, poor infrastructure, poverty, and inadequate healthcare system to mention the least.
Meeting any of these needs will go a long way in making lives better for communities in Africa. Various attempts to help these communities have been ongoing, however, none have effectively met the needs adequately.
