However, there are a plethora of app building platforms that you can leverage to create and develop apps without necessarily spending lots of money.

JQuery Mobile

The jQuery Mobile is a good fit for organizations that need an open source mobile web framework that will allow them to leverage existing jQuery skills. The platform provides the ability to use coding skills such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to create a responsive mobile web pages with smartphones. This can be used with PhoneGap to build hybrid mobile applications.
