Phones have different charging amperage (amp). Some phones charge quickly while others take forever. Wondering how to get your battery life from zero to a hundred percent in minutes,  Jovago.com, Africa’s No 1 Hotel booking portal shares tips on ways to get this done is no time.

Don’t charge with USB Ports

This is one of the quickest means of weakening the strength of your phone. Many times, users complain about the length of time it takes to charge a phone using a USB port. This is because the Amperage (amp) that is supplied by the USB port is rather small. A normal USB Port delivers 0.5 Amps which is far less than what your phone needs it’s simply safer to use a regular charger for your phone.

Leave your Phone to Charge

Some users stay surfing the internet, even while the phone is connected to a charging unit. Doing this not only limits the charging rate but also weakens the battery. Hence, whenever, you want to charge, ensure that you don’t browse with the phone.

Get a powerful Charger

Owing to manufacturing variances, there are a few chargers which supply more Amperage (amps) than others. Most times the charger that comes with your phone charges it at the appropriate amp. In order to boost your charging amp, you can use the charger of another that has a higher amp to charge your phone.

For example try using an iPhone 6 charger with a Techno smartphone. Users have to be conscious so that the charger doesn’t damage their phone.

Use a Good USB Cord

If you are experiencing slow charging issues, you need to replace the USB cord. It’s noteworthy to say that not all Universal Serial Bus cables charges at the same amp. So ensure you always check the USB before purchasing any charger.
