There are lots of cheap and affordable Android smartphones in Nigeria despite the fact that Nigeria is recovering from a recession.
In the same vein, we have premium smartphones in the Nigerian market, lowest regarding price could cost as much as N85, 000. I want to share my best three smartphones.
I have used different brands of smartphones not just Android smartphones, premium, and non-premium. In the whole of these, I have picked out my three most favorites amongst them.
My Best Three Smartphones

Blackberry Z10, Infinix Note 3 and iPhone 5S are the smartphones that I have found worthy to use. I don’t mind using them over and over again. Trust me; they are worth spending on. They are my best three smartphones.
Blackberry Z10
When Blackberry Z10 was launched (2013) in Nigeria, it was expensive, as high as N110, 000. I first saw the smartphone when I was working at BusinessDay, Mr. Charles, Deputy Editor as at that time was using the smartphone that I liked so much.
The major feature that attracted me to the three smartphones is their design. The design of Blackberry Z10 was so charming that I needed to wait for the price of the smartphone to reduce before buying it. Finally, I got it at the rate of N37, 000.
The BlackBerry Z10 is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor running on the BlackBerry 10 operating system, and it comes with 2GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, as well as the all-important microSD card slot.
The smartphone has a 4.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 768 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 356 pixels per inch.
iPhone 5S
iPhone is another of my favorite smartphones. Even if I am to make a choice between the iPhone 6 and 5, I will take iPhone 5s without thinking twice.
As mentioned before, the design is my number one priority whenever I need to get a smartphone.
I opted for the UK use instead of the new one at N55, 000. You could imagine a phone that cost me such an amount that is a new phone. No doubt is a premium smartphone for high-end users.
The smartphone comes with a 4.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 640 pixels by 1136 pixels at a PPI of 326 pixels per inch.
The Apple iPhone 5s is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core Apple A7 (64-bit ARMv8) processor, and it comes with 1GB of RAM
Infinite Note 3
I love the 6-inch screen smartphone which I currently use. Note 3 is a full HD device with a display resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a resolution display density of 368ppi.
The Infinix Note 3 serves as a replacement for my laptop when I work sometimes. Due to its screen size, I could use WordPress on it without losing the tracks of my job.
I spent a whopping N66, 000 to launch this smartphone, but presently the prize is as high as N70, 000. It is not a smartphone that I regret buying.
You don’t need to tell people how much it worth, looking at the screen size you would know.
Note 3 packs a 6.0-inch 1080p display that provides a high resolution of the 367ppi viewing experience, compared to the 245ppi spotted on its predecessor, Infinix NOTE 2.
The finger print built in device features an excellent 13 megapixels camera on the back and a 5 megapixels camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
My Best Three Smartphones: What do They Have in Common?
They are sleek and perfectly designed. The three smartphones have physical features that could attract anybody. They have good cameras that bring out the best of selfies.
