Smartphones are now an integral part of our lives with a lot of varieties of Android phones all over the place. One of the reasons for the huge popularity of the Android phone is the availability of a huge number of apps that are available on it. Many of these apps can be very beneficial to the users when it comes to productivity and here are some of the most popular productivity apps you can find on them:

1.    Wunderlist

Wunderlist is an incredibly useful app and its primary function is to enable you to make a lists and manipulate those lists. It, however, does much more than that by keeping the lists organized and synchronized. Information created using Wunderlist is accessible from virtually anywhere including Apple devices and any internet browser. The information can also be shared with multiple users.

2.    Keeper

Keeper saves you from the trouble of remembering all your account passwords and also offers an ability to sync your data across a variety of devices. Everything is kept secure behind a master password and passwords can also be managed by group administrators.

3.    Speek

Speek specializes in providing simple-to-use and effective conference-calling solutions to its users. The app works by generating personal links replacing the traditional phone numbers and pins. These links can be further sent to other callers who just need to open them from their smartphone, tablet or PC. The best thing about Speek is that it offers all these features and convenience at no cost.

4.    Highrise

Highrise can help its users (and teams) effectively manage their tasks by integrating email accounts, calendars and also leads and proposals.  It also has the ability to link photos to multiple accounts like twitter, LinkedIn and builds up a personality of each person. The information is accessible on multiple devices and the app presents a whole wealth of data to the user.

5.    Shoeboxed

Shoeboxed specializes in scanning, collating and organizing receipts on the go. It is a must-have app for people who find the process of claiming expenses tiresome. Shoeboxed also works great when it comes to generating an expense report. These reports can be sent directly from the app when needed. Another handy feature of the app is the ability to scan business cards. It pulls the information from the scanned business card and stores in the personal contact list. The app is very useful for business people who may also be involved in frequent traveling.

We will like to know how any of these Android Apps has assisted you, or is still assisting you in your productivity. You may also want to share other productivity Apps that you use on your Android phone for the benefit of others.
