Egyptian interior design startup Efreshli recently secured seed funding to enhance its platform and broaden its product offerings.
Founded by Heba Elgabaly, the interior design startup simplifies the furnishing and decorating process by offering a vast selection of products from over 150 Egyptian brands, enabling a seamless online shopping experience.
The funding round, led by Algebra Ventures with contributions from 500 Startups, Dar Ventures, and angel investors, will support these efforts.
Dina Elhaddad joins Efreshli as co-founder and Chief Product Officer, bringing extensive experience from her tenure at Google.
Her expertise in consumer technology aligns with the interior design startup’s mission of making interior design accessible.
She highlights the interior design startup’s future vision, aiming to build a comprehensive ecosystem that connects customers and designers with tools like Efreshli Pro.
Laila Hassan, a partner at Algebra Ventures, underscores Egypt’s strong position in the furniture industry and notes the interior design startup’s potential to leverage local design to serve the MENA region.
