Everyday you post pictures and make updates that are important to you on Facebook. Now, how cool would it be if you could keep a copy of Facebook post and updates for yourself. Actually you can, just log in to Facebook, Quick settings and then click the button to download your Facebook data. This way you can have a copy of your pictures, videos, messages and posts right into your Computer.

  1. Screen Capping: There is a fast and easy way to save online pictures, receipts and basically anything else that pops up on your computer screen. It is called Screen Capping and it is unbelievably quick and very easy to do. If you are on MAC; hold SHIFT,COMMAND and number, Select the area on the screen you want to save. As soon as you let go, you will have an instant picture saved on your Desktop. Now, if you are using a PC: just press the Print Screen button, (prt sc), to copy the screen on the clipboard. Now, go ahead and paste it into a program like Windows Paint.
  2. Google barrel roll: The have some fun or take a quick rest, simply type on the search space “do a barrel roll” and click. This rolls the content of the monitor upside down and presents a series of fun games that the user can click on and relax with.
  3. Record your computer screen and make it into a video: Do you know that there is a way to record your computer screen and make it into a video. Just open up QuickTime Player and select the option new screen recording. You can select which microphone you want to use and hit “Record”. Now, whatever you see on the screen will be made into a video. This way you could make game tutorial, record special highlights or do video commentaries and also upload them and share your perspective with the world.
  4. Receive email notification the next time a video is uploaded: YouTube is the second largest search engine around the Globe. Here are a few tricks to make it work better for you. First of all, click the gear icon beside the subscribe button and select Send me Updates and you will get an email notification the next time a video is uploaded. Now you will never miss an upload again.
  5. Enjoy a game of snake: Finally, when you are trying to load a video and it is stuck, buffering, just press the down arrow button on your keyboard to turn the loading dots into a game of snake. This will help keep you occupied until the videos loads up.
