Scheduling of task made easier for organisation as there are a lot of tools that aid this aspect and helps keep track of important tasks as not meeting up with an important task would cause a huge loss on the company.

With digital tools that help keep track of your tasks, manage your list of tasks or activities, prioritize them and notify you along the way with the due date.

It has help to measure the productivity of workers. Measuring their hours spent on work, tasks done, activities engaged in and so on.

Digital tools help to work smartly in a digital space, be more productive and save a lot of time.

The aim of digital tools in the working environment is to attain more productivity.

There a lot of work that can be achieved by employees as long as they are given the right tools to aid the completion of their jobs.

It also helps to secure and store sensitive data and important information, as any leak of information can cause a setback for the organisation.

Digital tools have truly increased the productivity of employees through the positive roles played.

However, they are sometimes excessively used which might hinder work and cause distraction.
