Nigeria fintech platform Systemspecs has appointed new executive directors in the names of Ezinne Obikile and Demola Igbalajobi.

According to the statement released by SystemSpecs, their appointment was made in order to create a more inclusive support couple with the organization’s vision of creating more values for customers which includes, corporates bodies, SMEs, governments (both in and out of Nigeria).

Ezinne Obikile will serve as the Executive Director in charge of the organization’s Payment Infrastructure and Gateway Division while Demola Igbalajobi would serve as Executive Director in charge of the Public Sector and Special Projects Division.

About the new appointees

Ezinne Obikile has been in the tech ecosystem for quite some time and she is an expert in Information Technology solutions and electronic transactions management with over 30 years’ experience in the banking industry.

Obikile has served as the pioneer Group Head, Transaction Banking at First Bank of Nigeria, with an encompassing career in building up financial institution’s transaction banking strategy and service offerings, product development management across all payment product engines, and driving transaction volumes and revenue.

She is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

Demola Igbalajobi is a chartered accountant and also an expert project manager which span over 25 years.

He has worked with top bluechip firms to implement strategic, business-focused solutions that support business goals and maximize return on investments.

He managed the software implementation and application development projects, handles program management offices and ERP implementation consultation in IBM UK.

Igbalajobi has deep experience in business analytics, programme management in the automative, financial sphere, hospitality, telecommunication, and manufacturing industries.

He bagged a Masters degree in Project Management from George Washington University couple with a PGD in Business Information Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
