The Managing Director of Large Michaels Limited, Michael Ezeamama in his welcome address emphatically stressed that the company considers integrity as its guiding principle.

“Large Michaels is a faith-based company driven by holiness and kingdom principles. Most of the businesses today are driven by profit but integrity is our core principle.

We don’t just sell products to our customers, we also sell peace of mind, the Allen Experience Centre would allow customers to have a real feel of the product they intend to buy,” Michael said.

“The company had taken a bold step to lead in the introduction of an Experience Center in computing and printing industry. The idea is not just to ask for a product, it is to experience it. To see it, feel it, touch it and know what is capable of before making that crucial decision to purchase it.”

With Large Michaels having the vision to serve customers better, the MD explained that the firm has essential qualities of integrity and passionate commitment to serving the customers better.

“We are constantly aware of the fact that in order to do this, we need to understand the customers, the world in which they live and the need it creates.

He added that the journey clearly marks the strides of providing a higher level of internal coordination in order to provide excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Speaking also, Stanley Uzoechina, Business Development Director, said Large Michaels remains a strong player in the industry and has retained its status as the best vendor for HP products in terms of sales.

“Large Michaels has been silent, but performing giant in the market. For instance, in the year 2017 emerged the Best Commercial Partner to HP; the Company declared the highest volume for HP.

Like the MD said during his speech, the brand has been known in the industry for integrity. Integrity in terms of business relationships, the quality of the products and the commitment to ensure the customer gets the best. Beyond that, Large Michael is interested in keeping the Nigerian customers at par with the contemporaries.

We are keen on keeping our customers at par with our business contemporaries across the globe. For instance, we have gotten an Experience Centre, it is quite different from the usual traditional laptop or PC centre.

Before a potential customer buys a laptop or printer, he or she has the chance to interact with the product before making a decision to buy or not,” he said.

Large Michaels has plans to roll out more outlets in various regions of Nigeria and beyond as part of its expansion program.

“The public should expect more roll out before the end of the year 2018. We are looking at Abuja, Port Harcourt and even leaving the shores of Nigeria. We have a growth plan, but this is just the beginning. We are going to play strong in the e-commerce retail segment.

“It is all about convergence and understanding the trends. Technology is not just a commodity rather a life tool; a survival kit. It’s what gives you a place in the society. Your bank account is hosted by technology, likewise your contacts on phone. So, there is the virtual reality and the physical reality. Our role is to play at the convergence at the right time. So, we are partnering with the OEMs to ensure Nigerians enjoy the benefits of technology,” he added.
