Of course, this will depend on your needs. I have compiled 9 apps to support you with the most common time management challenges.

This is one of my favorite tools that I use to joy down my ideas, notes, and some important document. Focus Booster
Having focus will help you carry out some tedious task by staying focused. Most people just need to get something done because they are always procrastinating and loose focus during a particular task.
However, this app is designed to enhance your focus and remove any anxiety you might have with time.

With Toggle you would be able to track time spent on projects. This is a great alternative to time-sheets if you need to track how much time you spend on different projects. I have always had a bunch of business cards as a journalist and these cards often occupy lots of spaces on my bag, however, with this courtesy of Linkedin, it allows you to take a picture of a business card, capture the information and upload it immediately.

Getting distracted when surfing the web is just inevitable, with Pocketfree you remove distractions while surfing the web. The truth is that when you are surfing the web, it is so easy to get distracted by enticing websites. This is a tool for anyone that is struggling to manage the task if you are working with many different devices, this app is for you. It is a great free tool which is compatible with your mobile, computer, Gmail, Outlook, etc. This app allows you to manage your tasks easily and reminds you of the tasks.
Launchy
Launchy is a simple tool allows you to launch documents, bookmarks and project files, with just a few keystrokes. With this app, you don’t need to go through the menu to have access, and this makes it easier.
