Oh boy! It is with excitement that I write, seeing that the ICT Clinic column on Sunday Punch Newspaper is now 3 years old. I honestly did not remember, but thanks to my favourite network, LinkedIn. I have already received tons of congratulatory messages which served as multiple reminders and, in fact, prompted me to write about this.

It has been 3 years of churning out high quality tech related content, week after week!

Let me state with humility and a sense of satisfaction that close to 200 hundred column articles have been published to date and has been read by millions of Nigerians, going by the average daily reach of Punch Newspapers which is reputed as the most widely read newspaper.

At this point, I will like to say a big thank you to D Chair (Mr. Wale Aboderin), Chairman of Punch Newspapers for his support and absolute confidence in the fact that I can deliver. The fact is that he gave me a chance, despite my initial shortcomings.

It is also important that I thank all those who take time out weekly to read what I have to write. One thing every writer detests is having to spend time to write and yet no one reads. In my case, the statistics show that a growing number of people appreciate these articles.

Finally, I cannot but give God Almighty all the glory for His goodness and mercy. One question I always utter in my closet and openly is, “who am I that You are mindful of me?”

This is a promise to keep getting better to the glory of God and the benefit of mankind!!!
