Emails are unarguably the most important means of electronic communication today. They also serve as the very foundation of everything we do online such as ecommerce, financial transactions, education, social media and many more.
All of these require that you open accounts and an email address at the very least is usually requested. This is one reason our emails have become so clogged and busy with many getting as much as 100 emails or more per day. Personally, I get as much as 1000+ emails per day but I still manage to maintain a zero inbox for my primary email account using the zero inbox concept.
A number of Internet marketing experts including yours truly have come to the conclusion that a zero inbox helps you become more productive, although some other experts disagree with this assertion.
I once saw an inbox with over 100,000 unread emails and this was the person’s primary email. I was a bit sorry for him because in my opinion it will be a struggle being productivity online with that sort of email inbox.
