The UK’s Department for international trade is set to host its virtual UK-Africa Fintech Summit this week.
The fintech event will bring together major industry players in the fintech space across the UK and Africa to boost a case for mutual benefit in trading and investment.
Basically, the event aims to showcase the UK Fintech offer while exploring the various opportunities on the African continent so as to improve the partnership between the UK and Africa.
The 2-day information-packed session taking place on February 3 and 4, 2021, will offer a unique opportunity for networking while exploring developments as seen in fintech sector.
The session will also explore economic challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic while exploring roles fintechs can play in mitigating the effect.
