Digitization has afforded us the opportunity to leverage technology and build systems that work.

Prior to 2020, most learning institutions had not embraced e-learning, maybe because the opportunities for digital learning to scale up the radar are yet to be visible.

But, we should not be oblivious of the fact that distance learning is the present and an inevitable future.

The e-learning industry is projected to reach $325 billion by 2025.

Also, technology and the internet have created an enabling environment for learning institutions to design and sell online courses for students or learners that are willing to take advantage of the opportunity that the internet offers from the confines of their houses.

Due to the negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the social distancing necessity, demand for online learning and her enabling platforms has seemingly increased.

Similarly, there are lots of online learning platforms that are providing online courses and have made e-learning pretty easier; the likes of Shaw Academy, Udemy, Cousera, Thinkific, Learnworlds, Podia, Teachable amongst others are available to drive sales of online course content and act as an enabler for students to access a wide range of course or online learning product on the internet.

Unfortunately, we are in unprecedented times as nothing can be predicted anymore. People have lost their jobs and more will be out of their jobs before the year winds down.

Right now, the only scalable resource is acquiring new knowledge and this is possible by taking up a course online either free or paid.

Interestingly, there are online courses that are relevant in this present day and time. Suffice it to say that courses of such nature are in high demand.

In this article, you will get to know the courses that are of high relevance in 2021.

In no particular order, below is a list of our top 10 e-learning courses to enroll for in 2021.
1. Writing and content creation.
2. Python.
3. Data science.
4. Excel skills for business.
5. Graphics design.
6. UI/UX design.
7. Project management principles and practices.
8. Digital Marketing.
9. Search Engine Optimization.
10. Human resource management: HR for people managers.

Bankable skills are a necessity in this time and era as employers of labor are on the lookout to get skilled personnel on their workforce.

Conclusively, one can take advantage of the social distancing opportunity to advance their library and learn from a pool of unlimited courses or resources available on the internet through various e-learning platforms and, ultimately increase one’s knowledge bank.
