Remita, Africa’s leading payment platform, has set out a week-long program to appreciate its support executives during the ongoing Customer Service Week.

Customer Service Week, which holds every first week in October, is an international celebration in honor of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis as well as the importance of customer service.

In doing this, Remita has created a week-long of activities from Monday, October 4th, to Friday, October 8th, that will feature a variety of exhilarating challenges, incredible rewards, and unique fun-filled interactions with customers.

During this week, customers will get privileged access to select behind-the-scenes moments of its customer support team, also known as the Remita support team.

Themed ‘The Power of Service’, Remita is geared up to celebrate its Dream Team with exciting events such as a #DrawYourTeammate challenge, a unique dancing competition to the popular #Breakfastchallenge, and much more.

Commenting on the occasion, Kemi Ogunleye, Head of the Remita Dream Team, said, “The Customer Service Week serves as an outlet to honor its customer experience staff’s relentless commitment toward gratifying both individual and corporate clients.”

According to Ogunleye, when your employees are satisfied and valued, they will work better and become even more committed to adding value. Remita bases its open-based family relationship at work on this principle, as well as a system that gives its employees the ideal work environment in which they can thrive and be inspired to continue providing world-class service.

While this year’s theme emphasizes the value of every employee, particularly the Customer Service Team, which interacts directly with consumers, she also stated that the organization must reaffirm its commitment to guaranteeing the consistent pleasure of all Dream Team members. This, she says, is also true of the SystemSpecs team as a whole.

SystemSpecs, the company behind Remita, is a 29-year-old household name in Nigeria’s financial technology and human capital management technology landscapes, dedicated to the creation and provision of innovative solutions and services that improve people’s lives across the continent.

Customers may follow the activities of the week on all of Remita’s social media platforms, where all of the Week’s content will be shared. To top it off, Remita customers and the general public will have the opportunity to vote for the top three winners in each challenge category.
