Recently, Meme coin Floki announced it will drive basic education in developing countries through the power of blockchain. The meme coin particularly mentioned the building of schools in Nigeria, Laos. and Guatemala.
According to the meme coin, each of the schools will be launched with 6 classrooms, having complete facilities that include a library, administrative office, computer lab and a technical block.
To get this initiative kickstarted, the Floki inu crypto team is set to work in collaboration with the Tabitha Cumi Foundation. an NGO.
This move according to the meme coin, will also support the empowerment of over 10,000 women.
“The Nigerian school will be built in partnership with Tabitha Cumi Foundation, a United Nations Economic and Social Council NGO that has helped empower over 10,000 women and girls through partnerships with organizations and governments such as the Embassy of Japan.”
Floki has also partnered with the Pencils of Promise to build the schools in Laos and Guatemala.
The meme coin wants to prove to people that Floki belongs to the people.
