Timothy Stebbing, a director of the Dogecoin foundation, recently tweeted about a new protocol being developed that aims to greatly boost the acceptance and use cases of the Dogecoin network.
Indeed, Stebbing responded through Twitter to Shafil Alam, a Dogecoin developer, who announced that he has created Libdogecoin for iOS and Android mobile devices.
For the Dogecoin network, Libdogecoin will offer a number of opportunities to construct additional mobile applications.
Only one cryptocurrency, dogecoin, has had a net gain of more than 9% over the course of the last 24 hours of transaction volume, while the bulk of cryptocurrencies is currently down by a few tiny percentages.
The price of Dogecoin is currently $0.084, which is a 22.6% increase over the seven-day trading price.
Dogecoin is currently at a level where no other cryptocurrency project is because Dogecoin is seeking to bring unique use cases rather than smart contracts into its ecosystem, although we cannot say with certainty whether the director of the Dogecoin foundation’s tweet served as a catalyst to boost Doge price.
Developers are reportedly working on internet-free technology called RadioDoge that would enable users to send and receive Dogecoin without the need for an online connection.
Dogecoin is a well-known humor coin that gained enormous traction in the cryptocurrency market in 2020 thanks to Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla. Elon supports the Dogecoin project because he thinks it will one day be the ideal cryptocurrency asset for usage in payment systems.
