Lagos, Nigeria; 3 November 2015: Leading IT firms Intel, Lenovo and Microsoft have announced the launch of the Best of Both Worlds Campaign in Nigeria. The campaign aims to present users the practicability of using 2in1 devices that offers the flexibility of a convenient switch between PCs and Tablets whenever they want.
The Best of Both Worlds campaign also highlights how consumers can get more productivity, creativity and self-expression out of 2in 1 devices, for the price of one.
The Best of Both World Campaign was launched at a classy and well-attended media event in Lagos today, where popular media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was unveiled as the Campaign ambassador of the Best of Both Worlds Campaign.
Speaking at the Campaign launch, Managing Director, West Africa, of Intel Corporation, Mr. Olubunmi Ekundare noted that Intel has always been at the forefront of innovation in devices and they are continually searching for ways to improve users’ PC experience.

“Intel is very passionate about educating Nigerian consumers on the ground-breaking technology of the 2in1 category of devices which offer users the opportunity for more productivity and creativity. Partnering with Lenovo and Microsoft on The Best of Both Worlds campaign is our way of doing that,” he said.
On the unveiling of the Campaign ambassador, Ekundare said, “We think Ebuka is the right fit, he has a very successful and dynamic career and no doubt needs a device that will help him connect on the go and achieve as much productivity as possible. On the flip side, Ebuka also has a playful and exciting side to him. A 2in1 device with its full tablet and PC capabilities, duality and flexibility will enable him in deciding whether to be in work or play mode each day,” he concluded.
Speaking at the event, Regional Manager PCG, East and West Africa, Lenovo, David Caleb, explained, “We want to make sure that users are aware of the several advancements in technology that brings the flexibility of modern life to full view, and also show the exciting experiences offered by 2in1 devices, with our Lenovo Yoga Series being the perfect example. The Lenovo Yoga 300 is a stylish convertible for the lower end of the market with 11.6-inch HD display, while the Yoga 500 comes in the 14-inch as well as the 15.6-inch form factor, with full HD displays and up to 8GB RAM.
On the Collaboration with Intel and Microsoft, Onyeje said, “The devices in the Lenovo Yoga Series are powered by Intel’s best processors, and Microsoft office and Windows capabilities. The Yoga 300 comes with Microsoft Office 365 for a year and sports an Intel Pentium N3540 quad-core processor with integrated Intel HD graphics, while the 500 houses up to 5th generation Intel Core i7 processors and comes bundled with Windows 8.1 OS which can be upgraded to Windows 10, so we decided to tell our story together with the Best of Both Worlds campaign.

The Best of Both Worlds Campaign Ambassador, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu revealed that a calendar full of activities for the campaign has been planned for the holiday season.
