Managing Bloatware
Almost all smartphones and tablets come with pre-installed extra apps, fresh from manufactures. These apps, better known as bloatware, are mostly embedded in your gadget’s software.
What is more, you never asked from them, and worse yet, you may never use them. Based on the fact that they are rooted in your gadgets software, these apps can bog down your OS – Android, resulting to it running slower.
Since some of these apps are linked to some essential software gadgets, deleting them may destroy your gadget, hence, it is convenient to safely disable them instead of removing them permanently.
Simply access your smartphone’s or tablet’s “Settings” page, select “apps” and then “all apps”.
Scroll down and click on each app that you wish to disable and select the “Disable” option.
If you, however, need the app in future, simply follow the same procedure and re-activate the app by selecting the “Enable” option.
