GamesBandy an Egyptian gaming marketplace platform has recently secured a US$40,000 funding grant from Taqadam, a MENA startup accelerator.
The newly secured fund will aid the gaming startup in expanding its platform across the MENA region.
GamesBandy provides its users with a simplified way of transacting gaming accounts and other similar accessories.
The platform also offers gamers the opportunity to sell off their old high-level profile accounts to other gamers who prefer not to start from the beginning.
Founded in 2020, the gaming startup has over 1500 users from 24 countries. With its new raised fund from the MENA startup accelerator, Taqdam will also guide and develop GamesBandy for a period of six months in training and mentorship.
Speaking on this funding, Abdulrahman Aboshamah, Co-founder at GamesBandy said:
“We are excited and grateful for the funding and grants from Taqadam. Early innovation is vital and we hope to have a great impact on the gaming community.”
