Call for applications to the Swedish AI Fund (SAIF Africa) are now open! Microseed funding applications are welcome across the Africa Region from early-stage Startups focusing on AI products and services.
The Swedish AI Fund is a micro fund available for individuals and businesses who need financial aids.
The SAIF is among the projects initiated by the AICenter Sweden, which is a collaboration between numerous legal organizations and specialists working toward a shared goal: ensuring equality, safety, and security in the AI business.
The AICenter was founded in Sweden and now operates on a global scale. They have a variety of collaborations all across the world.
They collaborate with universities, top enterprises, and specialists from the United Nations (UN) and the European AI Alliance in Sweden.
Their collaboration includes the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in various countries, as well as a number of well-known organizations and groups from throughout the world.
The total amount of money available in this Africa call is Euro 96,000.
Criteria for Eligibility
- To be eligible for any SAIF funding, you must apply through one of SAIF’s recognized partners. The fund’s goal should be closely tied to artificial intelligence (AI) and one of the SAIF programs.
- Any organization, school, firm, or legal entity that wants to accept and disburse cash for any AI-related course, certificate, or program can apply for membership, which is free.
